Returns & Refunds
14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return unopened, unused products for a full refund. If the product has been opened, used, or the original packaging is damaged, a 15–20% restocking fee may be applied. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.
FAULTY PRODUCTS (WITHIN 30 DAYS)
If a product is faulty due to manufacturing defects, GAMEO LIMITED will replace it at no charge (including return postage). Contact info@gameoshop.co.uk with proof of the fault (photos or video).
RETURNS PROCESS
1. Contact info@gameoshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return 2. Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) before shipping 3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible 4. Use tracked shipping and keep proof of postage
REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided it meets the return conditions above.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
