WHAT'S COVERED
All GAMEO LIMITED products include: • 30-day replacement warranty: faulty products due to manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge (including return postage) • 12-month service warranty: manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for 12 months from purchase
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
• Damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs • Natural wear and tear • Damage from power surges or electrical issues • Missing or removed serial numbers
MAKING A CLAIM
Contact info@gameoshop.co.uk with your order number and proof of the defect (photos or video). You can also download the full warranty document from the Support download centre.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Effective: September 2026. GAMEO LIMITED reserves the right to update these policies; changes take effect when posted on this page.
