GAMEO LIMITED is a UK-registered company offering high-performance gaming monitors for UK and EU markets. These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions and use of gameoshop.co.uk ("the Website"). By accessing this Website or purchasing from GAMEO LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this Website.
2. USE OF WEBSITE
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this Website. You agree not to use this Website for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or intellectual property theft. GAMEO LIMITED reserves the right to modify the Website and these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website and become effective immediately upon posting.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING
All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or specifications are complete, accurate, or error-free. Current product range: • 24-inch IPS gaming monitors: 165Hz @ 2560×1440 | 200Hz @ 1920×1080 • 27-inch IPS gaming monitors: 165Hz @ 3840×2160 4K UHD | 180Hz @ 1920×1080 Pricing is in GBP and includes VAT at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. All prices displayed are valid only at the time of purchase and do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and displayed before checkout.
4. ORDER PROCESS & ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to purchase products from GAMEO LIMITED. Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance by GAMEO LIMITED. GAMEO LIMITED accepts or rejects orders at its sole discretion. A contract is formed when GAMEO LIMITED issues an order confirmation email to you. GAMEO LIMITED reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or suspicious, violate these Terms & Conditions, or cannot be fulfilled due to stock or technical issues. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. GAMEO LIMITED is not liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. PAYMENT & SECURITY
GAMEO LIMITED accepts payment via major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe using industry-standard encryption. Payment is due at the time of order placement. GAMEO LIMITED uses third-party payment processors; you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. You are responsible for all charges incurred using your payment method. In the event of fraudulent use, you must notify GAMEO LIMITED and your payment provider immediately.
6. DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER
Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. GAMEO LIMITED is not liable for late deliveries. Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery to your address. Once delivered, the product is your responsibility. You may be required to sign for delivery of high-value items. Delivery to business addresses and packaging instructions must be clearly specified at checkout. If a product arrives damaged, you must report this to GAMEO LIMITED within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

8. WARRANTY
All GAMEO LIMITED products include a 30-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects and a 12-month service warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Full terms are on our Warranty page.
9. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to receive goods that are as described and of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and delivered within a reasonable time. If goods are not in conformity with the contract, you have the right to reject them and claim a refund or replacement within the relevant timeframe.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, GAMEO LIMITED's total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. GAMEO LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue, loss of data or business interruption, or damage to equipment or software. This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and code, is the exclusive property of GAMEO LIMITED or its suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright law. GAMEO is a registered UK trademark (No. UK00004199350, Class 9). Relevant product designs are protected by UK Registered Design No. 6467135. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without prior written consent from GAMEO LIMITED.
12. AI CHATBOT TERMS
GAMEO LIMITED uses an AI-powered chatbot (powered by Claude) to provide customer service and product recommendations. The chatbot is provided on an 'as-is' basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, the chatbot may occasionally provide incorrect information. You should not rely solely on chatbot recommendations for purchasing decisions.
